How To Use The Project Template Builder
The project template builder utilizes stages and tasks to design workflows for projects. Think of stages as milestones. These are the statuses that represent where a task is currently within the scope of the project. You can add as many Stages as you would like to your project. However, for simplicity we recommend adding no more than 10. Tasks, which everyone is familiar with at this point in their lives, are composed of these sections.
Title
Assignee
Due Date
Notes
Stages have the following properties.

Templates
The Project Template Builder comes preloaded with a wide array of industry specific project templates. There are SaaS marketing project plans, builds for coaching, and even immigration. Choose one to get started, or you can leave that option blank to start from scratch.
How To Save Your Progress
Use the ‘Save’ button in the action menu to save your progress. The data will persist in your browser, even when you close out Chrome and go home for the day. However, if you purge your cache and cookies, the data residing within your browser will go away. For this reason, it's recommended to bookmark the Project Template Builder using a browser you don’t use all that often, like Edge, Brave, or Mozilla.
How To Export To Excel
If you’d prefer to work with your project template outside of the browser, use the export button. Once clicked, you will be given a download containing all your project tasks and stages. Due dates, Notes, and other attributes will be exported as well.
The Print Option
Print grabs a clean screenshot of your project that can be used as a note sheet during project calls.
Export to JSON
The JSON export is handy for importing into tools and automations (e.g., Power Automate).
