Iterative processes by nature have the tendency to become very boring after awhile. Even those of us who love to code sometimes get find it a little hard to be excited about certain projects. Here are some strategies that I've employed to my sprints less boring.

Create a sports or anime themed leaderboard - You'll have to read the room for this but chances are polling the team to determine their favorite anime will work wonders.
Provide Best Buy and Amazon Gift Cards - Since you're likely dealing with tech lovers, a $100+ gift card to Best Buy would be well received.
